Refund Policy

Every Pro app starts with a full-featured 14-day free trial, so please evaluate before subscribing. That said:

• Yearly plans: full refund within 30 days of the first payment if activated on no more than one computer. Renewals can be refunded within 30 days if the app has not been used since the renewal date.
• Cancelling: cancel any time from your account page. Access continues to the end of the year you paid for; there is no partial refund after the 30-day window.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.

To request a refund email support@parapet.app with the email used at purchase. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
