Which plan should I pick?
If you will use both Hub and Link, Parapet Pro is cheaper than the two together ($249 vs $278 a year) and comes with one key and one renewal - and it covers Parapet Desktop Pro and Parapet Scan for Revit Pro as well. If you only need one app, buy that one - Audit Pro is included with Hub and Link. Audit alone is free.
What is Audit Pro?
The web side of the free Audit add-in. Sharing an audit on parapet.app is free (last 3 runs of each model, by link). Audit Pro turns that audit into a company process: the BIM QA review on every shared run (65 controls plus your own EIR/BEP rules, findings with owners and due dates, submission gates and a recorded go / hold decision, exported as a client-ready Excel workbook or A4 PDF). It also keeps every run, compares any two runs file by file, exports CSV / JSON, adds notes and assignments, makes audits private, shows where every file sits in 3D and adds a portfolio dashboard. It is included with Parapet Pro, Hub and Link, or $99/year on its own. Nothing to enter in Revit: it follows the email you registered Audit with. Details.
How does the trial work?
Install, open the Parapet tab in Revit and click Licenses: pick Parapet Pro, Hub or Link and start the 14-day trial - full product, no card, nothing converts automatically. One trial per computer and plan. Parapet Desktop starts its trial on its Pro page, Parapet Scan for Revit under Parapet → Scan → Account.
What happens after I pay?
You land on the activation page with your license key (also emailed). Paste it into Parapet → Licenses in Revit and click Activate. A Parapet Pro key unlocks Hub, Link, Audit Pro, Parapet Desktop Pro and Parapet Scan for Revit Pro in one go: activate it in any one of the apps and the others on that computer are licensed too.
I already pay for Hub or Link. How do I move to Parapet Pro?
Account → Manage billing → switch plan. Stripe prorates the difference, your key stays the same and now unlocks every app.
More than one computer?
Each subscription covers 2 computers. Free a seat from the app or your account page when you change machines.
Does it need internet?
Only to activate and for a check-in every 14 days. Otherwise everything runs offline.
Does one license cover all Revit versions?
Yes - 2020 through 2027, and new releases are added to the same installer.
How do I cancel or switch plans?
Account → Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal: switch between plans, update your card, download invoices, or cancel (access continues to the end of the paid period). See refunds.
