A family of tools for Autodesk Revit 2020-2027. Inside Revit: Parapet Hub (bulk parameter editing and 389 one-click actions), Parapet Link (Excel, CSV, JSON, XML and Google Sheets ↔ Revit) and Parapet Audit (free: every external file and link in the model, checked and fixed), from one installer. Beside Revit: Parapet Desktop audits .rvt files without opening Revit, and Parapet Scan compares laser scans with the model. Each app is licensed separately, and one Parapet Pro key covers them all.

Parapet Desktop does not: it reads the model file itself, on any Windows 10 or 11 computer. Only its Fix with Revit jobs use a Revit you already have. Parapet Scan reads .rcp and .rcs scans through the point cloud engine that Revit 2027 installs, so it needs Revit 2027 on the same computer for those two formats; Parapet Scan for Revit runs inside Revit 2021-2027.

Revit 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027 on Windows 10/11. Revit LT has no add-in API and is not supported. Details: Revit 2026 add-ins.

Install, open the Parapet tab in Revit and click Licenses → Start free trial. Full product for 14 days, one trial per computer, no card, nothing converts automatically. Parapet Desktop starts its trial on its Pro page, Parapet Scan for Revit under Parapet → Scan → Account.

It stays with the firm. Audits, sheets and link history are recorded against the team, not the person, so removing someone frees their seat and revokes their key without taking anything with them.

No. Parapet has no passwords. Enter your email at parapet.app/account, we send a 6-digit code, and you stay signed in on that browser for 30 days. You can end every session from the account page.

The web side of Parapet Audit. Sharing an audit on parapet.app is free (last 3 runs of each model, by link). Audit Pro keeps every run, compares any two runs file by file, exports CSV / JSON, adds notes and assignments, makes audits private and adds a portfolio dashboard. $99/year, included with any Hub or Link subscription; nothing to enter in Revit - it follows the email Audit is registered with.

A structured model review inside Audit Pro: 65 controls in 8 categories, a findings log, and ten submission gates that compute a READY, READY WITH CONDITIONS or HOLD decision. The shared audit run answers 41 of the 65 controls itself; the review exports as an Excel workbook or an A4 PDF. Details.

A Parapet Pro key does: it unlocks Hub, Link, Audit Pro, Parapet Desktop Pro and Parapet Scan for Revit Pro. Activate it once in any of the apps and the others on that computer are licensed too, on the same seat. A key for a single app unlocks that app only.

No. Models and scans stay on your computer, in every Parapet app. The only traffic to parapet.app is the license check (key, hashed computer id, computer/user name, Revit and add-in version). Google Sheets data moves directly between your PC and Google under your own account. Privacy policy.

The first time you open an app you register with your email and confirm it with a 6-digit code - that is the whole sign-up. Free apps stay free after it; trials and licenses follow that email, and so does Audit Pro on parapet.app.

No. The installer is per user and writes to %AppData%\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\<year>.

SmartScreen warns about new publishers. Verify the installer's SHA-256 against the checksums on the docs page, then More info → Run anyway.

We verify it with a 6-digit code - once per browser per 24 hours, no password, no account. It is the same email your trials, tutorials and shared audits are keyed to, so verifying it at download means everything else recognises you already. Temporary addresses are not accepted. Installed copies auto-update without any of this.
