Three downloads: the Revit add-ins in one installer, Parapet Desktop and Parapet Scan. The installer detects the Revit releases on your PC and installs for those only. Nothing touches your models.

Chrome and Windows SmartScreen warn about installers they have not seen many times before. It is a warning about how new the file is, not about anything found in it. Parapet installs into your own user folder, needs no admin rights and never writes to your models.
Chrome - open Downloads (Ctrl+J), find Parapet-Setup.exe and choose Keep. Windows - if a blue SmartScreen panel appears, click More info then Run anyway. The same applies the first time you start Parapet Desktop or Parapet Scan: their files are not code-signed yet.
Prefer to skip the installer? The portable ZIP is the same files, copied by hand.
Check you got the real file: run certutil -hashfile Parapet-Setup.exe SHA256 and compare it with the published SHA-256. The list covers every file on this page.
Same files as the installer. Pick your Revit year, unzip it, and copy both items from the <year> folder - Parapet.Hub.addin and the ParapetHub\ folder - into %AppData%\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\<year>\. Repeat per Revit year.
Windows marks files from the internet as blocked, and Revit will then load nothing at all: right-click the ZIP → Properties → tick Unblock before you unzip it. Checksums: SHA256SUMS.txt.
The Revit installer contains Hub, Link and Audit; Parapet Desktop and Parapet Scan are their own downloads. Which apps are unlocked depends on your licence, not on what you download, and one Parapet Pro key unlocks them all.
Per Revit year: %AppData%\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\<year>\Parapet.Hub.addin plus a ParapetHub\ folder. Uninstall from Windows Settings → Apps.
%LocalAppData%\Programs\ParapetDesktop.To remove it, delete the folder. Your scan library and settings live in %LocalAppData%\ParapetDesktop.
install-revit-addin.ps1 in the same folder → Run with PowerShell.ParapetScan.Revit.bundle folder into %AppData%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\, then start Revit: Parapet tab → Scan.Reading .rcp and .rcs scan files needs Revit 2027 on the same computer. Point clouds placed in a Revit model are read through Revit itself, in any release from 2021.
